The environment was awesome and there were a lot of people in there excited to share their cards and talk about the hobby. My 7 year old son left with more than he came with each time. “My daughter was so eager to go to this card shop. The excitement only lasted the first 10 seconds. Worst customer service ever! She waited almost 10 minutes for the employees to acknowledge her, then when they finally did, he cut her off mid sentence, walk away, and returned to another conversation. I guess you only get help if you are looking for what the employees are interested in. Left immediately and went to Level Up Lounge and had the best experience.”
