“Overpriced items! It’s fun to look around but you can find stuff at a lower price somewhere else. Also, some items look to be fake.. There was no customer interaction at all which felt a bit weird.”

“This store purposefully lowballs people on their store credit offers. I understand that a business like this has to make money but how tight can your margins be? In addition, customer service is almost no existent becuase all the employees care about is your MONEY and nothing else. I wouldn’t touch this place with a ten foot poll. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK.”

“If possible to give 0 stars I would!! Terrible customer service! I went in there for a new model Gundam to build! Looked around seen a few things I may be interested in. NOT once was I greeted or asked if I needed help. Shrugged it off didn’t trip because I thought once I get to the register I’ll be greeted. When I got to the register the employees didn’t even look at me! I waited a lil while for them to even get to the register because obviously moving boxes to the card room they have is more important than a paying customer at the register. When the Asian guy with glasses got to the register still didnt even look at me or acknowledge me! Took his time ringing me up because his conversation with the girl that worked there was more important than a paying customer. I’m just standing there and he finally tells me what my total is I pay, he bagged the items gives me my change. And what do you know I’m actually standing there he addressed me by saying “here you go” so I take my change and I say thank you to him after because still he didn’t have the decency to even say that to a paying customer! Now I still purchased because I need the items now and I’m sure with that customer service that store won’t survive that mall! Again ZERO stars! Word of advice stop judging folks based of their looks, I know I’m not the “nerdy” looking guy but, yes I’m into anime, and card games aswell! Will not be returning”

“Moving to DC from out of town and looking for an LCS. This shop was horrible. Very small selection of singles and what they do have is extremely overpriced. They have sealed but again, overpriced. Market on Destined Rivals booster packs (just loose, not even sleeved) is about $9-$10. They were charging $18. When we went in there was only one guy working there and he sat at the back register the whole time and did not seem interested in helping out customers at all. Not sure how their prices stack up to market on other TCGs, but based on other reviews, I think it’s just as bad. Save your time and your money by avoiding this place.”
