“Staff Is Really Nice and Friendly Here! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by to trade in my PlayStation Portal and a PS5 controller, and I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They gave me a fair offer, but what really stood out to me was how kind and respectful everyone was throughout the entire process. I’d much rather come here than go to another GameStop. This store has an awesome retro gaming vibe that makes it fun just to browse, and it’s clear the employees genuinely care about their customers. I’ve had several good experiences at Video Game Heaven over the years, but this visit especially stood out, and I wanted to take the time to recognize the staff for their excellent customer service. I also had a couple of friends recommend this place to me, and now I completely understand why. The quality, care, and friendliness they provide really set them apart. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great games and even better customer service!”

“I love this location as much as the other one! Very cool selection, the prices are pretty good. I wanted to take a second to dig into pricing specifically, because I've collected for a long time. Some are higher than street value, many are lower than the average though. But, that's kind of how the reseller market works and I'm not going to ding the store over it. If the store was empty of best sellers it would be less interesting! A good example, my wife grabbed a crochet Yoshi amiibo for about ten bucks less than eBay. A win in my book. 😄 Also, it is SO important to remember that retro games inflated really high over the last few years. Again, I think VG Heaven isn't milking that and is just trying to move product at a fair price. You WILL get a better deal (and not wait for shipping) in most cases. Deals are fair on things like Pokemon, but even second hand Pokemon is all over the place and has been for a bit. That said, there are different items at each store. This one had a TON of Gundam compared to when I went to Chesapeake last year. Both are pretty figure heavy and plush heavy. And both stores obviously have a different selection of games and I think gacha games as well. I recommend visiting both and then if you want to get overwhelmed with OTHER cool things go check out Cool Stuff. I'm not a local but visit yearly and I always make it a point to check these stores out.”

“I had the absolute best customer experience ever with a video game shop. Back in late January, I preordered the deluxe edition of Resident Evil: Requiem from their online store. Sadly, during the week of release, they learned that Capcom was not providing the correct number of units, so they had to cancel the orders. HOWEVER, a few weeks later, they emailed me (and all affected customers) individually when they learned that Capcom WOULD be releasing additional units, and sent us a private link to secure our copies. Now, I have a copy of the Deluxe Edition in hand, despite being sold out at all other retailers, and it's all because they remembered the customers who wanted it and took the time to reach out when they learned they were getting more units. I was blown away - what a thoughtful company. I have never been to their stores in person, but as an online customer, I could not recommend them more highly.”
