“I love love love supporting small and local however.. the owner is pretty rude. I get that it sucks to deal with “youngsters” these days as an older generation but I heard him bitching about it all 3 separate times I’ve been in his shop. If you don’t like Pokémon or the way it’s done nowadays, then don’t carry them, but don’t blame vending machines for ruining the market when you’re trying to sell packs for $6 over market rate price… Additionally, he seemed very frustrated that I wanted to look at something else after initially being ready to check out.. did the math and he charged us a $4 inconvenience fee, LOL!! I love the passion and knowledge of comics the owner has… but he (Ian) either needs to take a public relations class, or just be managing the books behind the scenes and let someone kinder run the checkout.”

“It’s a cool place, but just pay attention when checking out. The owner added an addition 3.99 to my total cost for no reason. My total should have been 91 after taxes but came out to nearly 95. I had bought 4 items at 11.99 each and 3 others for 3 for 35. Do the math. *Update* Unfortunately, I am unable to reply to comments. When I noticed the additional charged I looked around for signs indicating the additional charge for credit card use or else I would not have made the post to begin with. I do hope you put a sign up after this review was posted.”
