“Mugu has something for everybody. They are not the cheapest but it's probably in stock. Today I was there for some Pokemon and the new Ninja Turtles MTG bundle. They are polite and well stocked. There is LOTS of room for TGC gaming amongst other games. Thanks :)”

“Meh experience. The conversation going on behind the counter was more important than the customers coming and going. Yes I could have interpreted. However, I won't when the vibe feels like, sales > teaching. Hell even just engaging with new people would have been nice. But it's all good, not every place is going to be "my scene".”

“Pros- lots of variety throughout but mostly large selection of Warhammer and DnD items, decent selection of paints and books, lots of cards and cool things behind counters, lots of gaming tables to enjoy with friends and enjoy roaming the rage quit isle for fun. Cons- Everything seems to be priced higher than average compared to other stores or online, some items $10-$15 more than market, even the used/broken/poorly painted rage quit ill can get spendy. Never greeted when coming in but watched like your there to steal or up to no good. Overall its a cool fun shop to visit if you dont mind paying a little extra for items, large selections, lots of tables and great stuff on the shelves.”

“Previously threatened. Had incident earlier. Used "hostile" and "aggressive" to deny me service. Which is a known dishonest business tactic to remove a customer. Was not aggressive. Was not hostile Informed disability for possible hostility to de-escalate and offer apology. Commanded to leave. Denial of liberty. Informed denial of liberty. Stated several times "I am here to conduct business" Threatened false reporting. Contacted police myself. Use of gaslighting tactics. Coercive tactics to shut down complaint. Threatened legal action. Possible ego challenge and attempt to exert unauthorized authority.l with false superiority. May attempt "Abuser's playbook' tactics. Left within five minutes of entering. No prior customer experience other than attending a Magic the Gathering Draft Tournament. Possible playing victim and DARVO tactics being utilized. Contacted WSHRC. Stating video footage contains footage of criminal activity when there is none. Possible escalation to destroy evidence. Or modify time stamps on video and/or audio. I am not pleased. No trespass needed I will not be going back. And this will not be removed. Any business owner would not be pleased by the behavior nor will the BBB or WSHRC in this matter.”
