What collectors say

★★★★★

“What a fantastic comic shop! The Grumpy Old Man’s Comics & Collectibles has tons of long boxes and short boxes filled with back issues, newer books, and hidden gems waiting to be discovered. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. One of the best parts was that there was truly something for the entire family. We all had a great time digging through the boxes, searching for books to add to our collections, and enjoying the treasure hunt. If you’re a comic collector and find yourself in the Seattle area, this is definitely a must-stop shop. We had an amazing time and look forward to visiting again.”

★★★★★

“This is the place to go to for the best and biggest comic collection in Seattle! The owners are simply amazing and you will love the place! Highly recommended!”

★★★★★

“The largest collection of back issues in the area. Also nice that they have bundles of them too. Plus friendly knowledgeable staff. Two things I love in a comic shop, the first being harder and harder to find these days.”

★★★

“Seemed like a reasonable selection. Not cash only, but strongly preferred. Treats "Free Comic Book Day" as "Bonus Comic Book w/ Purchase Day". I woulda purchased something there if not for that silly rule.”
