“I emailed Elegant Octopus Games a while ago to ask if they were dog friendly and they were one of few card/retro game stores that replied back which told me that this store was a good store. They said that they are dog friendly which was another plus so we decided to check them out. My boyfriend checked them out first as he was in Tacoma and said that the store was well organized and the staff were professional and kind. We got the same hospitality when we came in with our fur babies which I appreciated. I even was standing for a bit while my boyfriend was looking through their kiosk for Final Fantasy Magic singles, and the staff offered me and the fur babies to have a seat which I thought was very considerate! They treated everyone who came through the door with the same amount of kindness and professionalism. The store is organized with the left side having most of the video games and the left and back side having TCG which ranged from Pokemon, Magic, and Lorcana. They also have plushies and other cool collectibles too! We definitely want to keep supporting such a cool and welcoming video game and TCG store that is also dog friendly!”

They have all the card games and even some arcade games setup in the back. Everything is well wrapped. I feel confident in what I am buying here.”

“I have had many positive experiences at this store when it comes to cards and non-digital media, and I have bought several retro video games from here. I have had the unfortunate experience of being disappointed that they have not always worked. I don't know if this is an issue with the business not testing their pre owned games, because I assumed they do, but this would lead me to believe they do not do so. Again, great service but they don't test their video games before selling.”
