★★★★★
“They had a pretty good selection for their cards. My son was really excited to see the new Luffy pack of one piece cards that they carry. Things were pretty easy to find in the store and well organized. The lighting could be better though It was pretty dark. They host games here live which is pretty cool. The man running the counter was pretty friendly too. The snacks they have around average price.”

“Kind of taking back by the other reviews. I visited a couple of weeks ago right before vacation hence my late review. I happened to be next door for a haircut and thought I’d pop in and it was really nice establishment. The guy working was super chill and helpful, didn’t make me wait or wasn’t playing loud music or anything. He got through helping myself and a couple that walked in pretty quick. Checked out a few cards conditions and he was very generous with the card conditions but said to let him know if I noticed anything. Most people are a little cocky when it comes to that sort of thing but he was very easy going. He seemed super helpful to some of the people that walked in after the couple and myself. Overall was happy with the service I got and the card variation was pretty good too.”

“TL;DR: Horrific customer service. Don't go here unless you like being talked down to. If that's your thing, ENJOY! Went in to buy Pokemon mini tins for two kids in my neighborhood. Upon walking in, the guy working seemed annoyed that I was there. Apologies for being a customer! Asked to purchase 2 tins and he clearly was annoyed to be bothered while working on something different. He randomly grabbed 2 off the shelf and went to check out. I asked if there was different art. He proceeded to mansplain that all mini tins have 5 different sets of art. Thanks but that's not what I was asking. Then he got annoyed when I asked to see the mini tins. Set them on the counter then immediately walked off. I looked them over and immediately decided I didn't want to support a rude business like this. Walked out without buying anything. What an awful store owner. Believe the other reviews which say the same thing! My guess is if you don't look like him, you'll be treated poorly and heaven forbid you're a woman... force be with you!”

“1/5 StarsI normally like this shop, but I won't be returning. The employee with glasses at the counter provided the worst customer service I’ve experienced. He sat on his phone the entire time, refused to greet me, and was completely rude. TCG shops are usually welcoming, but this staff member ruined the experience. Management needs to address this.”
