“I came in 1/28/26 for the first time to sell Pokemon bulk. The young lady behind the counter nicely greeted me right away and pointed me where to go. The two buyers were both very kind and professional. When the bulk was done sorting, the buyer who helped me caught two mid-value cards in my bulk and gave it back to me. My pokemon bulk was supposed to be all commons/uncommons and I also left to go get lunch as they were sorting. Thank you for being honest and trustworthy. “Unfortunately after the recent interaction I had, I gotta give a one star. They held my cards for almost 2 full weeks with no proper follow up. I reached out twice to see what was going on, and was told that they’d be done by EOD, was never contacted. Which I understand being busy but zero communication with over 1k worth of product. On top of that I was racially mis named, on “accident” by one of the employees over the phone even after saying my name at the beginning of the conversation which was extremely disappointing when an argumentative employee is so confident in what their saying they even assume your name.”
