“The staff is super friendly and kind. Chris and Ashley do their best to allow everyone to get product and at msrp. It can be hard to find certain products like Pokémon but it is no fault of the owners. Pokemon is just crazy hard to get anywhere at the moment. Please understand the owners probably get asked way too many times in the day about Pokemon, One Piece, etc. So if they sound annoyed or anything its probably just because they get tired having to repeat the same thing over and over again.”
