“I had a great experience and first visit. The 'manager' as I called him, aka 'The Grunt', was extremely informative. He answered every question I had and we talked more in general. This is a great location for magic the gathering, Pokémon, Warhammer, and paint for miniatures as the respective highlighted showcases I saw. There were more, different game tcg games like Lorcana and a Star Wars one. They had a selection of board games as well and the staff including the half owner were very helpful and informative and the nice interaction and prices, like their deal for MTG of 3 for 15 of select boosters and 3 for 20 for some of universes beyond led me to make a purchase. You can fill out a form online and submit a list of cards and they'll go through their amassed collection and do their best to pull and pick cards you want. Walking in with no notice, you are allowed to have them search and pull up to 10 cards that you want to purchase that you’re looking for. They seem to do things smart and they seem to care about creating an environment to not only attract new customers but to also encourage repeat customers with their friendly service, any deals, and smart business practices. “The store is very neat and tidy and the staff are freindly. The stores inventory seems to be mostly tcg cards like pokemon and magic the gathering and mini figs for warhammer40k and paints. The stand they had for board games was small but i noticed popular titles like sherrif of naughtingham and azul. Definitely stop by if ur into magic or warhammer”

“This review and rating is specifically related to Pokemon cards, and how the store compares to others in Appleton/Green Bay: Staff barely spoke to me so I can't really speak to their friendliness. Their entire inventory is on TCG Player so you can look ahead of time. I recommend doing that since the case doesn't have a lot to show. Some sealed product available. Prices for singles are competitive with TCG player.”

“The lady that was working today was very rude. My brother asked to look at One Piece TCG singles and lady answered and said she couldn’t help him because there were too many people in the store. She didn’t even offer to have him wait until the store cleared out. Just simply stated that she couldn’t help. In addition, 6 out of 8 people in the store were our family members and ready to leave. The other 2 people were browsing still. I am all for supporting small businesses, but that is hard to do for businesses that provide rude attitude. Will be looking for other card shops in the area to support.”
