“This is, by far, the best game store in the area. Pricing and trade in values are fair. Their customer service is fantastic. I stop in every time I'm on the west side of Madison. They not only have fair pricing and great service, but their quality of the games is fantastic. I've been to many games stores where a lot of games are scratched up or super dirty. Not here. Everything I've ever purchased has been extremely high quality. Obviously there's some wear on older systems, but they definitely take pride in what they sell.”

“Just called about 2mins before they closed not knowing the even existed as a store just googled lt. The guy who answered took his time to answer my quick questions about a ps2 controller issue and was super knowledgeable and didn't rush me. Im definitely stopping in to do business with them. I thanked them for the late call and will certainly give them my money for business, they seem to care about needs and their games!! Called at 7:58pm they closed at 8pm. They didn't have to pick up but they did! A++”

The employees are all super genuine, love what they do, and provide great customer service. Prices are perfect on games and consoles. The store has the perfect vibe for gamers too.
