“I am a long time shopper of start over games and I just wanted to say how much i appreciate this store. I currently live in fond du lac, but I travel to Oshkosh as my first choice as over the two years I’ve lived in fond du lac I’ve been greeted by the owner Rob and CeCe and they are willing to help me with any issues I have or answer any questions on older retro hardware. I think they are a tremendous resource to the community and I ask that you please consider supporting them any way you can. The reason I say this is because I’ve had several snes and Genesis games where the battery has burst and they were able To fix it for a reasonable rate, while every other game store in the area told me I’m out of luck and the games are toast. They’ve not only helped my get my old cartridge systems working again, but they’ve been a big help in me Acquiring new games and cleaning the games I have for Complicated repairs like sodering and battery replacement I lost all my belongings when my uhaul was stolen including my game collection, and this store has helped me reacquire what I lost piece by piece. Finally I wanted to share with you this amazing Super Nintendo recasting and makes my old Copy of chrono trigger really pop with the added lights! Everything works perfectly, cleaned from top to bottom and runs so smooth I am Ecstatic I mean this sincerely, thank you guys for what you do, you helped Me save these old games and allow me to share them With my Daughter !”

“My husband and I have been going to this store since it opened. We have been to other stores like this, but this store is our favorite. The owner always remembers us and always likes to talk to us about things going on in the store (like events) and ask us about us personally. We have sold to the store multiple times throughout the years and never had a problem. We have also bought from them over the years and also never experienced a problem. We are always welcomed in and told to have a nice day when we leave. They are always open to questions if we have any. This is the only game store we go to because of all the great people that work there.”
