“When we travel we like to hit game/card shops, my son absolutely loves Pokémon so Magic City Collectibles was on out list of stops while in Birmingham for a trip. Staff were engaging, kind, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give my kid a fantastic experience. Prices are roughly market value, but that’s honestly to be expected these days considering most shops are reselling second hand product as getting official allotment is tough. It’s always nice to have the option to nab older sealed product from the shelf of which they had plenty. They had a good amount of singles, both raw and slabbed at fair prices. They also had a smaller selection of Magic, One Piece, Riftbound and possibly some other TCGs. Aside from TCGs they also had a lot of sports cards on the opposite side, singles and boxes. We don’t really mess with sports cards so I can’t speak much to that.”
