What collectors say
★★★★★
“Super groovy little place for movies, games, collectibles and lots of fun retro stuff. The crew there is super nice and always so welcoming!”
★★★★★
“Stopped by to get a PS4 and Brad was super helpful and even helped us make sure everything was in good condition before we left the store. Great location with tons of selection:)”
★★
“very unorganized. boxes from their move from Vicksburg to Mobile are still sitting out after almost a year. customer service was highly lacking. the area is not the best. they have a lot of consoles, at least. there's much more I could say about this location, but I'll leave it at that.”
★
“I had the absolute worst experience at Game X Change. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They spoke to me with a very dismissive and disrespectful attitude, making me feel completely unwelcome. I came in hoping for fair service, but instead I was met with eye-rolling, short answers, and zero willingness to help. It was such a disappointing and frustrating visit. This is not how a business should treat its customers. Extremely dissatisfied and I will not be returning to this store ever again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.”
