“Pokemon Collector that only rips packs: Bought an Ascended heroes ETB for $45 after seeing it at a different card shop for $150 2 weeks prior. Consistent MSRP (or very close to) for recent Pokemon sets. Have also seen things like Scarlet and Violet era booster packs for extremely reasonable price. Bought a couple of Snorlax and Greninja boxes for $45 - $50 each too after $60 - $75 was the cheapest i could find online. Friendly and helpful staff. This is the only card shop I will visit going forward.”

“Pretty annoyed that I called after making an online sealed plus card order the night before, called to ask if it would be ready since I was going into town, they are on orders from 4 days ago. No biggie, walk into store, ask if “ Hey if the cards are not available, can I just get the sealed” in which I’m told, the order will be done in ten minutes. Awesome, I’ll go kill time. Ten minutes later, “ Here’s your cards, oh but as you know we will let you know when the sealed is in, it hasn’t left my distributor, was suppose to be here yesterday, wizard hasn’t dropped it off. But hey, we will keep your order for when it arrives and let you know” Why didn’t anyone mention this when I called, or walked in and told it would be ten minutes. But thanks for keeping my order for an item I already paid for that you are still actively selling online. Cool. Gear gaming level nonsense.”
