“Absolutely a fantastic store, literally the best I've been to in regards to TCGs as well as gaming! They care for each and everyone of their customers and employees, and speaking of the employees each and every one of them are knowledgeable on various gaming and tcg information and are very kind and accommodating! The owner Marvel ensures prices are fair and in most cases are just straight up msrp which is hard to come by with tcg stores nowadays and can't thank them enough and makes me want to come by for each and every locals! Now speaking on the gaming side of the store my favorite series is Kingdom Hearts and asked them if they had any KH sealed products and they had just received the KHDDD special edition and already their price for it was below what was on Ebay which was over $200 but they priced it at $179.99 which I didn't have and asked if they could hold it for a week until I got paid and they were more than willing and better yet said they'd give it to me for $150, mind you I did zero haggling they just simply like rewarding passion and if that doesn't speak to their values I don't know what does. Last little story I'll say is before I've even been there once they were willing to hold a box of I believe was optcg prb02 which was insanely nice seeing how I've quite literally never have been there prior. Please PLEASE, don't walk RUN to support the store. Thank you for the wonderful Experience! 🙏🏾”

“I dropped by Experience Share on my way through the bay area because I had heard good things online and wanted to check it out. I found a lovely little store with a great selection and a friendly staff. I bought a PlayStation Portable that was in excellent condition. Unfortunately when I got home, I discovered that the battery did not hold a charge. I called Experience Share, and after some back and fourth I was told that nothing could be done unless I returned to the store, which I couldn't, since I don't live nearby. Disappointed, I went down to my local game shop and bought a replacement battery. A little while later, I got a call saying that there had been some miscommunication, and that they would be happy to send a replacement battery. I told them I had already purchased a replacement, and they said they would pay me back for what it cost at my local store. Really kind people, and great at customer satisfaction, despite a bit of miscommunication. I'm excited to swing by again the next time I'm in Alameda”
