“I went in to buy a single pack of cards, but from the moment I walked in, the experience felt awkward and unwelcoming. I tried to connect with the cashier, mentioning that I used to play Dragon Ball Super TCG and would attend local tournaments years ago, but their response was minimal and their energy felt uneasy the entire time. When my girlfriend walked to another part of the store to look around, it seemed to make them even more uncomfortable. I also overheard some players at a nearby table talking about people trying to steal I’m not sure if it was directed at us, but it added to the awkward vibe. There was no greeting or effort to make us feel welcome, and aside from asking what I was looking for, the interaction felt stiff and unapproachable. I read other five-star reviews and really wish I had that kind of friendly, welcoming experience. The product itself was fine, but the lack of basic customer service made it hard to enjoy the visit.” Edit Since then, I’ve been back a few times and had much better experiences.
