“**Review for JR Sports:** I highly recommend JR Sports for in-store shopping; their brick-and-mortar location provides an excellent experience. However, I can't recommend their e-commerce platform. I found it clunky and had to make multiple calls regarding my order. Unfortunately, there were issues with tracking numbers, suggesting that the store had to intervene during the process. While I love shopping in person, I won't be using their online store again.”

“Their no cash back for returns policy forced away my business. What an asinine policy. No wonder the place was empty. I was trying to “buy local”, despite the fact that their merchandise is overpriced compared to MLB or NFL apps but it’s not worth the hassle. If you do have to return something it’s for exchange or store credit only. What a great way to chase away business. I recommend shopping anywhere else but here.”
