“I have been to many Card Shops across the country and have come to realize the guys that work at this card shop are the most knowledgeable I have come across! The info about MTG and the others offerings in the store is unprecedented in my experience. The full time guy has become my go to (before the internet) and the other guy is also a wealth of knowledge. They always greet you when you come in, ask if there are any questions or if you want to see anything, and are ready to help. Great crew and I will only buy the cards I need from them! “Grand Slam is where it’s at. Staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. The selection of games and cards available is more than enough to satisfy your needs. And any time I’ve requested an item that wasn’t in stock they went out of their way to try and help me acquire it. Additionally, there’s plenty of space for play sessions and they have a wide variety of games available to play/try before you purchase. Despite their locations closer to me, I go out of my way to the Loveland location and I’ve never been disappointed.”

“Usually a decent play. Literally walked in and the dude behind the counter couldn't even look up to greet us. When he spoke it was very dry, quiet and inviting. I was looking to purchase some sealed card, which were priced well above market..... I asked if he would come down to market, and his reply... Mind you he was still looking down with his back to me, says I'll keep um..... Trash customer service and trash pricing. Treat people better. Treat people willing to spend hundreds better. Never going back”

“Very odd encounter with what i am presuming is the owner- dude with grey hair and tattoo on his shoulder. Super dry… had to pry to figure out what was what in the shop (unless you keep asking, he will stop at what ever he said last… almost as if he doesn’t care if you stay or leave). Was very sarcastic/rude when answering questions. Also charges more than twice the tcg player average for MTG singles, so unless you’re searching for a super rare, niche card, you may want to go elsewhere.”
