“Very disappointing experience. This store significantly undervalues customers’ cards while pricing their own inventory far above current market value. I trusted their evaluation when making a trade and ended up giving away valuable cards while also adding cash. After reviewing recent comparable sales, it became clear that the deal was nowhere near fair. The gap between what they offer customers and what they charge for their own items is excessive. I understand that every business needs to make a profit, but there is a big difference between a reasonable margin and taking advantage of customers. I strongly recommend that collectors do their own research and check recent sales data before making any trades or purchases here. Unfortunately, I left feeling misled and with the impression that the transaction was heavily one-sided.”

“Reputations matter in business. I visited after reading the negative reviews to see if they were true. I gave them ample time to do the right thing after pricing a small bundle of single cards above comps (using 130point and ebay: $50. Theirs? $160). Even specified that I am a collector first and trusted reviewer. Gave them my budget and was left with 2 cards (their choice) with a max combined value of $1.34. Total bundle price after their adjustment? $150… actual retail value? $38. I paused again. Made small talk to see if he’d do the right thing. Nope. Rushed me out because he had to do a break online. One of the cards didn’t even feature the player I wanted but somehow, even after they “priced it” in the back of the shop, it was a “big card of his” even though it was released 3 years before the kid was drafted… I played dumb. Shook my head. In short, if you want to mask your dishonesty with decent conversation and service all to cheat your customers out of hard-earned money, don’t complain when your business struggles and gets crappy reviews while your nice things rot away. You were given ample time to get the market prices right (and I’m always willing to pay over comps if the value and rarity are there), as well as the benefit of the doubt when you were asked to remove a garbage card and snuck it in anyway while taking others away. You knew it was worthless but still bulked it in at a $13 price point. That’s wrong. And the negative reviews are right. Even if collectors can afford to lose on deals, no one wants to be blatantly ripped off. Avoid this shop and get your money’s worth elsewhere… You won’t get it here.”

“Been going since i was little and nothing has changed prices are still 2-4x resell value and they have terrible offers on low and high cards that you bring in with 60% trade value which is absurd. Do not recommend never going here again so many better options in the pinecrest/dadeland area”
