Guess you can get away with it when there’s not enough card stores in the area. Just an honest review. As an Avid collector, wish the store the best, my honest review. Place has potential.. i think having outgoing employees is a huge part of it along with some price tweaking. No shot at the employee, but it is learnable, and maybe the difference of someone’s experience even if they’re over paying a bit.”

“Low balled my 8 y/o on a trade, offered 55% of its value, they have the same exact card for sale for $110 and they offered $60. They have a decent box selection so it’s fine for retail purchases. The male employees are borderline rude. The reward system is garbage.”

“Cancels the item without any explanation or apology and ships out one item only. I emailed few times what kind of unprofessional service is this and told them to cancel the whole order and refund. Did not answer and had to call to complain and request refunds. They said they will update accordingly but no update for a week. *Your email barely works. Your employees were clueless and asking repetitive questions only. Before the actual phone calls, there was absolutely no communication. 'When you called in you were told the item was out of stock, thus the cancellation of that product. Additionally, you were made aware that the other item at already shipped thus simply cancelling the remainder of the order was not feasible.' ULTIMATELY FALSE AND NO SUCH THINGS WERE TOLD. I had to complain to cancel the order since you were ignoring all my emails and your email system is broken. I have repetitively said I do not need remainder of the item so send the shipping label. Then you said you will see what you would do. Then yall sent an email for updates so we can communicate more efficiently but yall had been ignoring all the emails once again. Then no response for a week. And all I am hearing is clueless response from clueless agents. Of course I will not deal with you so just refund it. I only leave reviews when I have negative experiences, simple as hell. Do not drag anything unnecessary onto this. You canceled the part of the order and just shipped without any explanation or apology, even without my permission. Then all this happened due to your laziness to communicate and no updates. Stop lying and just refund the whole thing. I have not received anything for 2 weeks and your tracking is not even working as well. If I do not see any refund this Monday, I will be contacting my bank.”
