If you like Yu-Gi-Oh or have someone interested in it, this store has an excellent selection and they have a free starter pack for little ones or if you buy a booster pack. Great selection of Pokemon and Magic cards as well. Store has very good COVID 19 safeguards in place. Located near the main entrance of Dole cannery, next to the Costco parking lot.”

“Never shop whenever they're hosting a Tournament.. 1 Star.. Reason: - Customer Service is Disappointing - 1 Worker Multi-Tasking Tournament Hosting/Counter Service - You can tell they only care what Card Product sells how they organize the set.. What I came here for: - Purchase Cards July 20 at 1:25PM - 1:40PM. I walk in just to buy cards and I do see the Tournament that's going on so I understand that it's busy. So I asked for the prices for the Nivel and Wies Schwarz Cards from the guy at the counter, I got the prices but I was not aware that he just decided to do something instead of saying "be right back" so when he got back to the cashier I said that I wanted the cards that I asked and after that his tone and attitude changed on me. At that point I know that I interrupted him without knowing because I was not sure if he still remembers that I exist to make a purchase. After I make a purchase my friend saw a 1st Edition of one of the Wies Schwarz Card Boxes and asked if he can purchase that, the guy working at the counter said he can't because he did not list it on the site when it's just 1 box.. Can't you just decided to take a quick look Unless you have another person working with.. I left with disgust as how bad Customer Service is even for a Local Card Shop. At this point there are a couple of Card Shops nearby that's more Friendly also Cheaper market Value as well..”

“1) If you want to try to find cheaper cards on the island, you can try to check this place out. 1.a) Make sure to double clarify on the phone, as the personnel who work in the shop, are not the same personnel who talk to you on the phone. Ideal808 partners with ToyLynx, so be aware. I had called to see if I can purchase the Marvel holiday pack the a day earlier than release on their website and pickup the same day, and the person on the phone said I could. Only to arrive, the rude employee told me he's unable to sell, and than he talked to his colleague(on slack on the spot), and he's colleague said he was under the impression if I just wanted to buy stuff online and pickup the same day, which isn't what I specifically asked for. So the employee tried to brush me off, a paying customer. 2) If you want to go to events: Don't. The same employee runs events and he's incredibly rude. Hes got a long grey goatee and long grey hair. Very disgruntled. He literally yelled at me because I couldn't hear him because of the event going on. He was clearly annoyed because he recalls me coming in the day before to try to buy the Marvel holiday gift box. 2.a) When I tried to enter the FNM, he told me to scan the QR code on the TV and follow instructions. He didn't tell me I needed an app to scan the QR code, luckily the nice lady next to me told me I needed to scan using the app. Once I did, the app informed me to go to staff to register me. As I approached the same disgruntled employee, I was trying to inform him that the app told me to see him, and he immediately just asked if my name was on screen, which it was(even before I scanned the QR), and replied saying yes, and he told me that I don't need to keep going up to the front and that I need to calm down and relax. I'm calm enough to not get tilted by a salty disgruntle worker, but this message is a reminder to him and others, of his attitude, and that I've seen other reviews of his work ethic. I wouldn't recommend attending any events from here.”

“I was recommended this spot a bunch of times and figured since I’m on this side of the island why not check it out? I don’t like to leave 1 star reviews but man this shop had everything priced a bunch over market and their customer service was terrible. At least three other people were in the shop coasting through the binders and I’m very particular over the singles I want. Whenever I would ask for the price or to have a closer look it felt like they were just annoyed. I know things can get busy but it was literally me and three other people with three workers in store.”
