“I want to give a huge shoutout to Zodrey Pickens over at Back in the Game, located at 7757 S Cicero in Chicago. I brought in my PS5 because the HDMI port was completely messed up, and honestly, I thought it was done for. But Zodrey handled everything with real professionalism and skill. He explained the issue, fixed it the right way, and had my system running like brand new again. What really stood out was the customer service. He didn’t rush the job, he kept me updated, and he made sure I understood exactly what was going on. You don’t find that kind of honesty and care everywhere. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and you can tell they actually care about their customers and their work.
