“Our son has special needs and had outgrown his cheap swing set he got a few years ago from Walmart. We were looking for something that we would not have to worry about him outgrowing, and one that would have many accessories to help with his therapy needs, heavy work, sensory input, and just getting his energy out. I had emailed and Austin was quick to respond and emailed me a catalog. We were in Fort Wayne a few days later so decided to just stop in the store and look at the models that were out and talk to them in person about what they thought would be the best fit for our son and his needs. I don't remember the young ladies name, but she helped us with this and was so amazing and patient with our son. Austin came in while we were still there and went over everything with us as well. They were both kind, patient and so helpful. We picked out what we wanted, and I told him I would get a hold of him as soon as we had the funds together. I emailed him multiple times asking different questions and switching things around and through my indecisiveness he continued to be quick to respond, polite and helpful! Once it was paid for, he was quick to schedule a delivery and install date/time that worked for us. The 2 gentleman who came to install it were very quick and professional. They made sure it was placed exactly where we wanted and needed it and got it done in just a couple hours! Our son is so beyond happy with the swing set and couldn't quit telling everyone about it and how happy it made him! I would a million percent recommend Austin and the workers at Ace Game room to anyone and everyone. They made the experience stress and hassle free and helped make our boy the happiest kid out there!”
