“This is a bit of a unique review as someone who's not local to Grandmaster Games but I was a part of their discord remote event servers from the COVID period and they were amazing on that front and ran solid events whenever they could during that time period. They had great prizing and were able to ship it to me without much hassle. Bless the GG branded Sidewinders. Amazing stuff. I fortunately had the chance to visit in person last summer when Indianapolis was the host city to the Yu-Gi-Oh North American Championship Qualifiers in July 2025. The space is massive and there was so much product selection you would be overwhelmed with choice. A friend of mine happens to be a part of the team at Grandmaster and had explained to me their ordering process for singles worked. While not conventional to the human brain, I had appreciated the heads up in advance. I had followed their process on ordering and was able to pick up said singles a little while later that same day. So despite what you may have heard going on about Grandmaster, I have no doubt they have my full trust if I ever get to visit them again. Kudos to Alex and his team for the great work. “Amazing service. This is my go to place for all of my cards for the games I play. They are always professional and polite, they know my preferences for the types and conditions of cards I request. I could not ask for a better week. Alex, the owner, is a great person. When my wife, who uses a power chair, used to play there he rearranged his gaming room just so it would be easier for her to get in and out. That was done for just one customer so that she could have an enjoyable experience. I have never had that kind of service anywhere else. This is an amazing business and I highly recommend it.”
