“Got my order today placed on July 3 Boxes all messed up promos and jumbo cards damaged shipped in all basic bubble rap. That’s not even the bad part. My order wasn’t moving after a week. Email the store (sorry we missed the order will ship it tomorrow) still nothing. Called the store was told that it be shipped that day.. it didn’t and a card I order wasn’t in the shipment, so ether the forgot or didn’t care. This isn’t the first time this happens with this store NO ONE WANTS TO RECEIVE BOXES IN THIS CONDITION”

“The first time I visited this store I came in with a prismatic evolutions espeon and at the time it was worth about 500$. My goal was to go in there and get an estimate of how much someone would pay for the card. I walk in, stand at the counter with absolutely nobody there except for me and the guy working there— and he won’t even look up at me to talk. As a 17 year old female, I felt as if I was being ignored because of my gender and a general lack of respect. They offered me 100$ for the card so of course I left. Today I went back in looking for some packs. Again I stand at the counter with only one other man in the store along with the worker. The man was in a suit (he was a customer though) and was discussing how much the owner made each day. The owner was bragging about how much he makes off of overpricing his cards. The customer wasn’t even there to buy anything, he seemed more like a friend. After about six long minutes of waiting and just looking at the cards, I ask him the prices of some boxes due to no prices being listed- and he gives me a short blunt answer, just to go back to talking to the man. Not having prices listed makes it seem like their prices vary depending on who they are selling to. Their customer service was horrid and made me feel like I was out of place due to my gender. I get that this is a male dominated hobby but I think my money is just as good as the next guys. In conclusion, customer service was horrid, and prices seemed even worse. But really I just wish to be respected.”
