“I got there and I brought two handhelds there because they weren't cutting on. There was not many customers, apparently this store opened March 2022, so I wanted to spread the good news of this place. They gave me individualized attention and he helped switch my batteries and I found out that I needed a new battery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They only got 4 stars at first for not having their exterior store signage on and no fault to their own but it was chaotic getting there because traffic around here is a nightmare, Goodluck getting there and I'm lucky to find the store. That's where anything negative stops. And because of their customer service and 90 day warranty on my new charger that I bought I feel confident in this place. I didn't feel rushed out or didn't feel weird being there like other stores, game store employees normally don't have good social skills. I want to add that they had ton of used and retro consoles, tons of toys and plushies and stuff that looked pretty that you could decorate your home with and they even had some collectors stuff. I totally will shop here and it took all of 35 minutes to drive here and it didn't seem like I had no closer options where I live but I would shop here if a new shop opened up overnight in my neighborhood. “Been going there for about a year now selling them collectables, games, and cards but for the past couple months there new staff is horrible. Most of them dont know a single thing about the games or anything else in the store. On top of that the guy that is running it or atleast acts like he is buys all the pokemon cards but when you have something worth a little bit he calls it fake even though he buys other cards from the same set. It used to be a great store but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Management needs to get the old staff back or atleast people like them that enjoyed and knows a little something about the stuff in the store. As of today I dont think I'll ever step foot back in those doors.”
