“Card Czar is the best! We had a little birthday celebration for two 9 year old boys there this morning and it was an absolute blast! It was one of the birthday boy's first time at a card shop and he was blown away! What a great first experience it was for him! They boys started the party by looking at singles and then moved on to opening boxes. Everyone who works there is so friendly! They really care about the kids and make the kids feel so special! Watching these boys have fun ripping cards and watching their faces light up when they pulled cards they were hoping for was amazing! There are plenty of seats, huge tables to rip cards at, and plenty of cards for everyone. They have a huge selection of singles and plenty of wax too!! If you are looking for your new favorite card shop this is it! I will warn you though, once you walk in there you will keep coming back!! Thank you guys for a great birthday celebration! “My son and I enjoy going to stores and shows together. We took the 50 minute drive from Danvers MA to check out Card Czar and it did not disappoint. Great selection of singles in the cases, equally great selection of boxes, and my son said they had one of the best value bin counters he has ever looked through. We met Luke and the guys working there and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their whole team seemed really passionate about the hobby and it was a pleasure getting to know them. “I’ve been going to sports card shops since the early 1980s, and at this point I’ve honestly lost track of how many I’ve visited. After a while, most of them start to feel pretty similar. So when I walked into Card Czar for the first time, it genuinely caught me off guard—in a good way. The layout alone is impressive. I’ve never seen a card store set up quite like it. Most shops are great for what they are, but they can feel a little like walking into a typical Ford or Chevy dealership—straightforward and functional. Walking into Card Czar felt more like stepping into a Porsche showroom. Everything is clean, organized, well-lit, and thoughtfully displayed. The lighting really stands out too. It’s bright, inviting, and makes the entire place feel energetic without being overwhelming. What really blew me away was the selection. Individual cards, boxes from all kinds of brands, sealed cases, memorabilia—you name it. If it has anything to do with sports cards or collecting, chances are they have it there. And it’s not just crammed into shelves either. Everything is laid out in a way that makes you actually want to take your time and look around. The staff are another big part of what makes the place special. Everyone is friendly and clearly knows the hobby well. The owner, Luke, has created a really fun environment for collectors. There’s a huge screen TV, awesome memorabilia around the shop, and just a great overall vibe. It feels like a place where collectors actually want to hang out for a while, not just run in and buy something. I’ve been to plenty of sports card shows with multiple vendors over the years, and honestly this one place feels more impressive than a lot of them. If you’re a collector, I’d absolutely recommend making the trip to Card Czar. It’s worth the drive. The best way I can describe it is this: it’s the Porsche of sports card emporiums. In a word—WOW!”
