But the surprise was the friendly and knowledgable staff. They welcome you into the store and are there to help you find products, not get into your pocket. I told a salesperson, Mike, about one of my favorite Pokemon Sets that I have had luck with grading cards from, and he knew the set and directed me to a shelf where they actually had some for sale. Nice Japanese cards too for sale, as well as slabs from multiple grading companies.
