He has an impeccable memory and can rattle off stories, stats, and teammates of players from virtually every era. We spent two hours talking basketball from Bernard King to Nikola Jokić, and I could have kept going. I came in just planning to browse and walked out with a stack of vintage cards I’m genuinely excited about. I went in looking for basketball cards and left feeling like I made a friend. Bonus points for the game of Simon Says — which I failed spectacularly on the very first command.”
