“I recently got into pokemon card collecting again after so long and decided to check out this card shop not too far from home. ( I have never been to card shop until today. ) The place has a wide variety of cards from different genres and has a snack bar! Which is really cute and unique! It also has a wider area in the back which is held for tournaments ( and I’m assuming trades too. ) A simple hangout area! I bought a Journey Together ETB for a good price and a pack to open there. ( I actually got a hit and David was kind to provide me a sleeve for it! ) Side note: I suggest bringing cash because using a card adds a bit more to the total. All in all, For a first experience in a card shop; I really enjoyed it and will return! 🌟”

“The prices at this store are genuinely great, and most of the employees are extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, there is one staff member whose behavior completely shifts the atmosphere the moment you interact with him. He is very blunt to the point of being dismissive, and his tone consistently comes across as rude and condescending. There is no warmth, no effort to engage, and no sense of customer care. His facial expression shows no emotion whatsoever — it honestly makes you wonder if he traded in his soul or something. While that may sound dramatic, that’s genuinely how uncomfortable the interaction feels. I consider myself a people person and a social butterfly. I know how to hold a conversation, keep things respectful, and interact positively with others — especially in customer service settings. It takes a lot to throw off my mood. Yet somehow, this employee manages to do exactly that. The way he speaks, the blunt delivery, and the cold demeanor are so off-putting that it genuinely shifts the energy of the interaction and leaves you feeling unwelcome. Customer service plays a huge role in whether people return to a business, and his unpleasant, almost hostile attitude drives away potential customers. It often feels as though he dislikes his job and allows that frustration to show in every interaction. Customers should never feel like an inconvenience simply for asking a question or making a purchase. The rest of the staff prove that positive service is possible — they are friendly, respectful, and helpful — which makes this one employee stand out even more in a negative way. This store has a lot of potential because of its competitive pricing and the majority of its team. However, one consistently insulting and disengaged employee can significantly damage a business’s reputation. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because the store deserves better representation and customers deserve to feel valued when they walk through the door.”
