“I have been playing TCGs in the local area for nearly 15 years, and i usually dont use these guys. They have singles but will make you submit a list for anything over 5 cards and then take 2.5 days to actually get around to pulling it. At the same time i had 93 cards pulled at my preferred LGS and it was ready and packed with pricing and my name on it the next day by noon. The staff are definitely more knowledgeable than when it was big nicks but i wouldn’t say they are the most friendly bunch, when i asked if the list i had sent in was ready i was asked, “have you recieved a phone call yet?” To which i replied no i hadn’t, and then was told “Well you’ll wait on the phone call.” There was zero effort to even check the list since i was right there physically in the store. Not to mention the tweaker who was pacing the show case at the front of the store, whom i had check to make sure i wasn’t budging in front of, only for him to have a paranoia spiral about the 3-4 places he’d seen me around the mall following and watching him, even though i had just entered the mall and gone straight to jww. I will not be returning”

“Came in yesterday dealt with a younger guy in a hat. He acted like we were an inconvenience for him had my 7 and 6 year old he was rude to all of us. My 7 year old said he was the same guy rude to him the last time he was there too. I loved this store before they got big I use to get all my carolina panthers stuff here I refuse to go back to JWW after yesterday. I will drive to grand forks and deal with kobe instead”
