“Not everything goes perfect, but it's all about how you execute on customer service. Rock 30 Games went above and beyond for me with showing how to be a great company. Shout out to Nick for answering my email and making everything terrific! Things can happen to any business when it comes to delivering items through the mail. I had paid extra for a "VERY GOOD" conditioned cartridge of SNES Super Metroid, which already is a hard-to-find game. Not only that, Super Metroid can easily be found (if in stock) on other platforms to be $110+. Not only was their price below the market price, but the game was in good cosmetic condition...minus a broken hole on the top backside of the cartridge. Despite the hole in the game and damage to the back of the cartridge that could have happened by accident or during delivery, Nick was quick to email me back and offer me 2 options to choose from to make things right and make me happy. I was super please with how kind and professional Rock 30 Games was with me already...but then Nick went above and beyond and even gifted me a bonus gesture of a discount code for my next purchase. I was already please and happy, Nick and Rock 30 didn't have to do that at all. This is another reason I will tell others about them and keep supporting their North Dakota company. They are bringing a lot of happiness and memories to peoples' lives, and keeping Retro gaming alive. Much appreciated and thank you so much!! You guys really do Rock!”

“Great experience ordering from them. They replied to my email super quick and even sent me photos to confirm the condition of the item which I didn't even ask for but certainly appreciated. As a result I placed an order for it and they didn't inflate the price, they charged retail for it plus I got a first order discount too, win win! Took about a week to arrive but perfectly packaged with bubble wrap. I was surprised they didn't provide a tracking number in the email but I found out it was under the order link after I received it!”
