“If you had told me yesterday morning that we’d be driving through flash floods to celebrate my husband’s birthday, I probably would have suggested a backup plan. We had booked Activate for 6:10 PM, but thanks to the flooding, what should have been a relatively easy drive turned into quite the adventure. By the time we finally arrived after 7:00 PM, we were stressed, running late, and our daughter was officially hangry. From the moment we walked in, though, the staff was nothing short of amazing. They were so kind, understanding, and accommodating about our late arrival, which immediately took a huge weight off our shoulders. And then there was Austin. Our daughter wasn’t feeling up to jumping right into the games with us, and Austin went above and beyond to help her feel included. He let her watch us in the game rooms on a tablet while she regrouped, which was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made all the difference in her night. As for Activate itself, what an absolute blast. We laughed, competed, failed spectacularly at a few challenges, celebrated the wins, and made some really fun family memories. It’s one of those places where everyone can participate, regardless of age or skill level, and we all left talking about our favorite games. What started as a stressful evening quickly turned into one of the highlights of my husband’s birthday weekend. Huge thank you to the entire team, especially Austin, for your kindness and for helping make a chaotic evening so much fun. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Incredible experience, could not recommend this place enough, for a date night, friend gathering or even just a workout. When I first saw this online I thought it would be crowded and busy, but due to their logistics and booking system it was SO smooth. Youre able to stay in the room as long as you like playing level after level, that is until someone else queues up, then you finish out your level and leave the room. So youre only ever queued up for 3 minutes or so! Entrance and exit for each room are separate so there's no awkward bumping into others. Id give this place 6 stars if i could!”

“100% would recommend!! This was our first time here and it was AMAZING!! The staff were SUPER friendly and personally walked us through how everything worked. Your time only counts down while you're active in a room and the wait time for each room was minimal. Im exhausted but can't wait to come back!! 😄”

“This place is awesome! Especially if you want to get active with people who aren't gym rats. I was sad that the first time we went one of the rooms broke in the middle of us using it, but it looks like it was still out of commission on our second visit. But that didn't stop us from having an awesome time. This is probably one of the most ingenius places. As someone who loves fitness and knows a ton of people who hate going to the gym, this is a fabulous alternative for those that want to get their heart rate up without even thinking about it. Each room is set up to have something collaborative and competitive with various options. It enables you to compete with your companions while also achieving personal goals as well. The badge system and the rewards system is really neat. I love that you can buy a tag afterwards to keep track of how you do. The price is also very reasonable. It is quite a drive for us, but we hope that they will bring one to Dayton! This would definitely be well worth it! Kudos to the inventors! They did an excellent job in bring dopamine levels to a new height. 👏 😆”
