Every time we've had any sort of issue it's been taken seriously and with care to get resolved as quickly as possible for all parties involved -- and these issues have become few and far between in recent past. I have never been a part of a more open-minded and friendly community as I have here with the Riftbound players and I am excited to continue visiting going forward -- Mikey takes incredibly good care of us with pricing and product where he can despite distribution issues from Riot. Jill immediately introduced me to Kapra, the Riftbound TO, and I instantly knew I would be regularly coming back to this shop. “I’ve been a customer of Geek Peek since before they even opened! I noticed a LCS opening up on the corner of my street, so I was excited from day one! That being said, this makes my review slightly biased… However, after recently moving about 45 minutes away (to Elyria) and trying to find another LCS, I had to come share my GRATITUDE of this place! It’s been miserable trying to find a shop that operates the way this place does. Mikey & Jill have created a Family Friendly Safe Place for collectors in multiple hobbies! I’ve found it so hard to find a TCG shop that can even compete an ounce of what this place offers its visitors. From warm welcomes, huge selections of all kinds of hobbies, Fair prices, and even events both in shop and in the community. This place is great!
