“It’s a really cool place if you’re a sports fan, however, I hate feeling like I have to fight to try and get someone’s attention in order to buy something from them. I’ve been in here twice over the past two weeks looking for a few specific cards and a hobby box or two, but both times I walked out empty handed because I couldn’t get a simple “hello” from a staff member. That sort of thing really bothers me. I checked out the reviews prior to writing this one and it seems poor customer service is a trend, but if that sort of thing doesn’t bother you it’s worth the stop. Like I said, it’s a cool shop. I doubt I’ll be back though. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes next time to try and find a card shop that values my business.”

“Just stopped in to ask if they buy cards as well as selling them. I have a graded PSA8 Kobe Bryant Rookie card i have no use for that i had gifted to me a while back. Who I’m assuming is the owner; came up to me, i asked him if he would also buy cards, he had sort of a snobby attitude which i sort of just brushed off, and said “not really but depends on what you have.” So i went to pull a photo of it up on my phone. He then randomly walked away from me and left me standing there for five minutes. I had my phone out to show him what i was interested in showing him, still snobby and condescending, he said, i won’t quote you on a photo, (which i 1,000% totally understand), it would be dumb of him to do so, but i wanted to see if it was something it was interested in that way i could walk to the car to get it… he had no interest in even looking at my phone to see what it was. I then proceeded to tell him that it was in the car and i could go get it. He told me he still wouldn’t quote it if i had the physical card? I’m not sure what this guys issue was with me but im happy i didn’t sell him the card. Upon some research i see the card is worth around 80$ after scanning the QR code on the plastic cover of the card, and i was gonna just give it to him for about 10 bucks max, since i dont have any use for it, and i dont even watch basketball. Buddy could have made a great deal for himself today however his attitude made me just walk out of the store and not want to step back in there again. He should work on customer service skills, considering he’s in a customer service setting. Other than that, he does have a lot of product for sale. Good place for different types of cards and memorabilia. Just make sure you call ahead and see if he’s having a good day before you go in there…”
