“I’ve never publicly been here, and I keep kicking myself for it, because although I haven’t, the owners treat me like a unique individual customer even over Instagram message. The first Marvel MTG release, Spider man Collector Boosters, I was able to message this wonderful store and have a box held down for me leading up to release. Life happens, so when an emergency came up, and I couldn’t purchase the box, the owners apologized and restocked the item and they STILL return my messages promptly, without issue, and without retaliation. I was able to inquire about Marvel Super Heroes this time, and they responded with the quickness. If Immaculate’s service in person is a fraction of how they treat humans over messaging and the phone, I wish I could live here. Thank you Immaculate, it’s an apt name for a great store and even greater people.”
