“Pros: Huge space. Cool looking. Went early to not be bothered but people were still coming in so that's a good sign. Shopkeep was attentive but heard him ordering from distribution and sounded like he caters to his community which is a big pro imo. LOTS of table space. Good amount of product at fair prices. Singles all off TCGPlayer market so that's ok. Cons: Parking is rough due to it being at an outdoor mall but you'll get lucky sometimes. Small ygo community so no real product for that but it's expected from ygo right now. The space is a little dark but for aesthetic so it's not that bad unless it bothers you. I couldn't hear any music of it had any so it sounded empty but they had a big tv playing cool stuff in the back so that kinda filled the room so it's acceptable. Def recommend checking out after 3pm to find some quick games at their tables. Looks like more of a card shop than most LGS so that's cool.”

“Wow, what a great store! Warhammer is my table top game of choice and while this store doesn't currently carry any, David is more than welcoming to myself and others to come and play. Once the Starcraft miniatures game comes out, he plans on fully supporting it, and I can't wait to help grow a strong miniatures community in the store. They are open till 9 pm except Fridays and Saturdays, those days are till 11! Plenty of time to get games finished! Saturday D&D has a really strong turn out, I saw three full tables of 6-8 players with everyone having a great time. I don't play card games but I went to a release party for Lorcana and it was exactly that, a party! After many talks with David, the most important aspect he wants to promote and protect is community. And I think that's something all of us can get behind. So if you want a change of scenery, looking for a "third space" to hang out, bring a game, and have fun, Black Castle Gamez can be your bastion!”
