It's a cozy place to hang out and be a nerd, and the biggest reason to come to Card Traders of Austin is for the ultra cool and knowledgeable staff. Several instances when my kids have tried to make dubious trades, the staff have let me know so that I can then help them make better, more informed decisions. The best show of kindness has been when my son bought a few special energy cards then promptly mishandled and lost them in the parking lot, which Card Traders of Austin then replaced the lost cards at no cost. From this point on, if my kids want to spend their money here, I won't question their choices because this establishment has earned my trust and respect.”
