“First thing I noticed was the attentiveness of the staff. While I was there every single person in the building was acknowledged by the staff members and they actually seemed to enjoy being there. Their online inventory is super easy to navigate and I was able to make a purchase fairly easy. Prices seem reasonable and their sealed product inventory seems to be up to date with new and current releases. Will definitely be back in the future!”

“Our experience was honestly awful, and it had nothing to do with the store's policies. It was entirely because of how the staff treated us. My son wanted to donate a large amount of Yu-Gi-Oh bulk to support a local store that still carries the game. Instead of simply saying they weren't interested, the staff acted passive-aggressively, as if we were wasting their time. Whether accepting bulk was worth it for them isn't the issue. Treating customers with basic courtesy is. A simple, respectful "No thanks" would have been perfectly fine. He also asked if they accepted higher-value cards for store credit. Once again, we weren't given a straightforward answer, we were dismissed and made to feel like we were an inconvenience just for asking. No customer should be made to feel like they're bothering a business by asking whether it offers a service. We've been involved in the TCG community for years and have played multiple games at countless local game stores. This is, without question, one of the most unwelcoming experiences we've ever had. There are far better stores that will treat you with respect, whether they're buying your cards or not. Until this store addresses its staffing and customer service, I can't recommend it. There are too many good local game stores to waste your time at one where you're treated so poorly.”
