“Full disclosure, Ive never been to the store in person so this review is just about the superb customer service experience I had. I was recommended to this store by one of the employees at 806 games (another bad ass location), as I was looking for a copy of Chrono Trigger on the SNES and Nerd Pocket apparently had one! They were closed the day I was looking around and I live out of town so I thought I'd try my luck at doing business over the phone. They accommodated, sent me pictures of the products I was purchasing, and mailed them out within a couple days. They updated me on when it was shipped and when I could expect it. I was very impressed and the way the store and seal their games is very professional. Both pf the games I ordered came wrapped on bubble wrap and protective sleeves as noted in the picture. Great customer service experience. I cant speak on the collection they have in store but I'd imagine since they had both Chrono Trigger AND Super Mario RPG, Im willing to be they've got some other rare ones. Highly recommend and shout out t0 806 games as well for the recommendation!”
