“Came to this store because my son received a $60 gift certificate. He was excited at 1st but as we walked around the prices on some games have been change from $3.99 to $9.99 from $9.99 to $27.99. I am not sure why the outrageous prices. But he did get hes PS5 controll along with 3 games which was less than $100 for all of it. He found out that if he bought 2 games 1 was free which was great for him. But I was very discourage about the prices because 1 of hes game has a $19.99 tag that was changed to $27.99 😐 other than that great selection on game systems and games. They even have shirts & candy.. 😄 If you want a good deal make sure you have time to look at the entire selection of games. I would of gave them more 🌟 s but do to the prices and the NO cash refund policy I couldn't. I literally had just bought some items with the gift certificate and paid cash for the difference. But my son decided to get 1 more game which I paid for with cash he ring up the wrong price and he said all he could do was give me store credit not my money back very disappointing that is the reason for my 🌟 s.”

“The “No Cash Refund” policy sucks paid for a 70$ game and can only get store credit and only to get another game that doesn’t work either . Really don’t recommend this store . Much better luck online getting games that actually have a better warranty then these people”
