“I had been having issues finding a console repair shop that could reliably pinpoint the issue while also being respectful of my property, and I am so glad that FX Video Game Exchange in Waco is finally the one I’ve needed. The gentleman who worked on my retro console was Dan and he has been doing work on consoles for decades. He spoke to me on the phone multiple times and broke down the issue for me in extreme detail and outlined what he was doing to fix it. He went above and beyond to find the root cause and fix the problem. Dan was also extremely respectful of my console to not leave any scratches and even reapplied the old stickers he had to remove to get the console apart. I cannot recommend this place and Dan’s services enough. I live 90 minutes away and will gladly make the is drive when I need their services again.”
