The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, and personable—they take the time to talk, connect, and make everyone feel like they belong. On a personal note, this shop has meant a lot to my daughter. She’s really into Pokémon, but none of her friends share that interest. Here, she’s found a space where she can show up with her full, authentic enthusiasm and be met with encouragement and excitement. The staff go out of their way to support that, and it’s made such a difference for her confidence and joy. If you’re looking for a place with fair prices and an even better community, this is it.”

Customer service was excellent they got me straight in a good amount of time. Will most definitely be going back to cop some more heat! “Went in to trade in some cards and the employee “helping” us was simultaneously playing on his phone and took forever to scan all the cards. He seemed more focused on his game than helping us and left my partner and I frustrated at the lack of manners and help. He was snarky and claimed that he remembered over 6 months ago that “he was there” when we bought an expensive card which we were trying to sell back which he gave an extremely low price (he was in fact not, he has a hat I would remember). We made the transaction with the owner so the entitlement and acting like you remember a transaction 6 months ago is gross behavior. My partner had immediately put the card into his binder at home and doesn’t handle his cards frequently so we were pretty upset to find that there was significant curving to the card that we didn’t know when we bought it because of the case. If it was that heavily played from sitting in a hard case in a binder for a few months that’s wild. If you can, I would remove the outer hard case and check for damage like that because we bought it in “light use” and that employee claimed it was “heavy play.” and that he was “being generous” because it was considered “Damaged” We paid $180 Moderately played and he wanted to buy it for $50 and that price was also low due to their cash back rules. The other people are nice, they had a new trainee at the time I went so the scanning was taking a little while but EVERYONE else was polite. I cannot stress that enough, they remember small details and faces and ask questions that make you feel welcome and its what had us going back. But seriously, why can you not even take 10 minutes to stop playing your game to help customers and make some decent eye contact? The scanning process would not have taken long had you done your job instead of playing on your phone. Just avoid the frog hat dude, and if you are the frog hat dude, walk faster when you see me on the streets. Because I know I can’t be the only one who has issues with you.”
