“I got some cool comics from there wide selections but it's a bit clogged and you can barely really walk around and take your time to sift through boxes. I felt like I was being rushed while I browsed and didn't feel welcome there at all. I tried to make conversation and get to know the people but one of the was really short and seemed snarky and didn't want to engage. I'm new to collecting comics and I get you want to protect your shop from scalpers and resellers but not everyone is like that. I probably won't be back there anytime soon because I don't like the vibe in there and how they basically gave me a "okay that's nice hurry up and buy" attitude but gave other customers a smile and conversation like it was nothing. That type of gatekeeping keeps people from coming back...”

“I really do like the vast selection of comics and the prices are pretty fair as well. The customer service needs some work, there is no reason why I should be getting an attitude by taking my time searching through your mountain of long boxes. They treat certain people with respect and pick and choose who they give great service to. I'm glad I found Alpha Comics up the road they never make you feel like you have to rush and you don't have to worry about eyes going over your shoulder by gatekeeping cashiers. It's a shame because I really wanted to like that place but two of the employees attitude is snarky and rude. But if you have a certain look they treat you with respect.”
