“I would like to preface this as a thank you to the excellent staff! This store does its best to have stock amidst a growing population with limited supply because of greedy collectors. More importantly the staff is kind and friendly and sometimes even more nerdy than you or I who walk in to partake in an event or just a game or two. Here are my comments on such individuals Ellie who in my opinion is the biggest most powerful fish in the lineup always quick and forthright with her customer service! Chris yes I know there are multiple so I’ll make sure and say the curly haired one with the hat, they are reserved but to the point, more importantly they know an exponential amount about magic so you won’t make the wrong decision about your purchase. Painter Chris he is probably the kindest and most down to earth guy I’ve ever met and makes shopping fun 🤩 Justin is good at making sure you get a fair price for your trade and has no problem telling you if a purchase is good or bad. The owner is chill but I question his choice in oddball snacks lol all in all this game store is a great place to hang and forget about life for a while. It’s like Ferris Bueller said life moves pretty fast! If you don’t stop and look around once and while you might miss it. Thanks for always giving us a place to go and being a pillar of support for all types of people. Five stars is not nearly enough but it will do.”

“Went in for 3 exact cards that I thought there was no chance of finding, to maybe find some substitutes. But the people at the counter were just so helpful and not only found the EXACT 3 cards i was looking for, but also helped me find other cards that worked good with my deck! absolutely amazing experience would recommend!”

“Visited this location on 2 separate occasions. First visit was pleasant, ample play area, decent selection of packs, singles and miscellaneous accessories. Showed some interest in a single card, a rather pleasent gentleman gave me a price of 120 dollars. I declined the sale, bought some other stuff and left. I then returned 2 days later with the intent to buy that card. A different employee told me it was 170 dollars. I understand that prices fluctuate with the market. I believe she had gotten listed price confused with market price/recent sale price. Market being 133. What is prompting this review is that when i had mentioned the price increase, the employee had responded with "if it was that price I would have bought it." I dont visit cards shops so I can be made to feel like a liar, and I will not be returning to your location unfortunately. Despite how well I was treated by the gentleman on my first visit. Its ok if some of your employees arent too well versed in sales, but poor customer service is not something customers should tolerate.”
