“There are a number of stores in the general area that sell new and used toys and collectibles, but this one stands above the rest for me. It’s so easy for shops like this to feel overstuffed and cluttered, but TBC manages to strike an incredible balance of having an incredible stock and variety while also being the most clean and well-organized store, probably in its zip code, if not the county. Everything is meticulously labeled and priced. That’s not often the case in shops like this, (where sometimes the owners will even look up eBay prices when you get to the counter, charging you whatever the most recent sold price was— yuck). And be sure to check out the special high-end toy room when you’re there— such a cool feature that you don’t see anywhere else. They also run excellent sales every month, offer fair and consistent prices for trade-ins, they run an up-to-date website, AND they have a consignment program, which seems incredibly rare to me. I love going to TBC. Not only is the shop clean, well-lit, and well-stocked, but they operate with integrity. The owner is a great guy. Highest recommendation.”
