Took my boys for the first time and they had a blast. They have boxes of dime cards and small boxes where you can grab roughly a couple hundred cards for $10! Perfect for my boys starting their own card collection. The Kids Club was sweet too. Gave them $3 off their purchase this month and another $5 off for good grades. Very friendly staff. Can wait to come back.

I’ve been a customer of Indy Card Exchange since 2020, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best sportscard shops I’ve ever worked with. Even though I’m not local, they’ve always treated me like a top customer and consistently ship quickly and securely—never had a single issue. I’ve also had the chance to visit the shop in person, and those experiences have been just as great. The atmosphere is awesome, the shop is well set up, and the team makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. The staff is incredible—knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Every interaction makes you feel valued, not just like another transaction. Pricing is more than fair, and there is a no pressure approach, that is welcoming and reassuring. The selection is outstanding, whether you’re into modern, vintage, or anything in between. They’ve built a shop that truly supports collectors at every level, and it shows. What really stands out to me is how great they are with my boys. They always take the time to talk with them, make them feel welcome, and help grow their interest in the hobby. That kind of experience is hard to find. Over the past 6 months, I’ve also used them for PSA grading submissions, and the experience has been excellent. Their communication is top-notch, they provide honest and helpful card reviews before submission, and the entire process has been smooth and professional. It’s been a much better experience than my previous PSA submitter. If you’re into sports cards, Indy Card Exchange is a must-stop shop. Highly recommend!

The kids love going here and we just had a birthday party for one of them at the Indy card exchange. The party was awesome! The staff gave the kids some good information about cards, a tour, and they had a chance to browse the shop and find some cards they wanted. Would definitely recommend. In general excellent staff and a fun place to go!

I am writing this review because I recently read online that Indy Card Exchange got caught selling fake vintage cards. After hearing how they handled the situation and the owner trying to deny responsibility… even going so far as criticizing the person that called out the fraudulent cards, I have decided to share my story with Indy Card Exchange. A few years back I purchased a raw Jordan insert for a good price from Indy Card Exchange. It had some pretty bad damage, so I figured that the price was because the condition. I never actually had the Big Men on Court insert in my hand before, so I could not tell whether it was fake or not. They also had a Jordan Star 85 card that I was considering about buying… but I sensed that card might be fake because it looked to be at very least altered. Good thing I didn’t buy both cards, because the Jordan insert was a fake. I took it into my Local card shop and they instantly spotted it as a fake and explained to me all the signs. I called Indy Card exchange and explained to them the situation and they said they would call me back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that this might have just slipped through the cracks and it was a mistake. They never called me back. I called them again and they responded that there was nothing they could do because I could have just swapped it out for a fake. I said “how could the fake have the exact same condition” and they said they didn’t know the condition of the card… they have thousands of cards. After seeing the way they reacted by being called out for their T206 fakes… I have no doubt this is a common practice for them. It literally took my local card shop 5 seconds to spot that it was a fake. The T206 cards were obvious fakes that were apparent even on video without details. There are only two possible scenarios for my situation and their most recent situation… they are either knowingly defrauding people with fake, raw cards… or they are so incompetent in their field that they can’t spot obvious fakes.
