“I've been to a few card shops in the area, and this one definitely has a different feel. The inventory seemed pretty solid depending on what you're looking for, a good selection of board games, a Warhammer section, and a decent variety overall. What caught me off guard was that there was only one employee working. As a business owner myself, I completely understand how difficult staffing and scheduling can be. That said, considering this is one of the bigger names in the area, especially compared to other card shops I visited that day with multiple employees on staff, I was a little surprised. I had placed an online order without realizing that a manager had to release it, and unfortunately no manager would be available until Monday. Since I had driven over an hour, that part was definitely frustrating, but lesson learned, if I need cards from here, I’ll place orders during the week. That being said, Austin, the employee working, was fantastic. Honestly, he’s one of the main reasons this review is still a 4-star review for me. He was extremely helpful, understanding, and professional the entire time. When I arrived, he was already dealing with a difficult customer and handled the situation very well, especially considering he was the only one there. The store is lucky to have someone like him working there. Overall, a mixed experience, but the customer service from Austin really stood out.”

“Overpriced. Nice place with a lot of stuff and the guy behind the counter is friendly but charging double the tcg price for a pack of cards is insane. They also don't shuffle seeded boxes so if youre not the very first to buy fresh opened, you aren't going to get the rare hit.”
